A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. We do not credit shipping charges, insurance, tax, customs charges, or return shipping fees. Restocking fees calculated from your purchase price of the returned items, minus Shipping & any discounts received.
Does your return meet this checklist?
☑ Contains only returnable merchandise.
☑ Returned within 30 days from receipt of goods purchased (except travel scooters and enclosed models)
☑ Product must be unused, clean and not damaged.
☑ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We can not accept responsibility if damaged in transit. Merchandise should be unused, in its original packaging, and in sell-able condition. We reserve the right to refuse, refund, exchange, or give a store credit for your return at our sole discretion. Mobility Plus Pro offers free shipping on most all products in the continental US for most states, however when an item is returned the shipping charges are deducted from your credit as well as up to 25% restocking fees apply. Extended Returns (after 30 days): We can extend our return policy for an additional fee. Items returned after 30 days may qualify for a return at 50% restocking fee. Your returnable item is not guaranteed returnable after fifteen days. Contact us for details! Cancellations: All cancelled orders are subject to 25% processing fee. Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
