5、 The motor jitters during operation
Brushless motor:
(1) Causes: ① Poor motor Hall connectors, ② Poor throttle contact, ③ Interference in the speed signal wire
(2) Troubleshooting: ① Re-connect the motor Hall connectors. ② Re-connect the throttle connector. ③ Replace the controller and the meter to eliminate the interference.
Tips: Generally electric tricycle jitter during use is caused by the poor contact of motor Hall switch connectors and throttle connectors. Therefore, give priority to checking the connectors, especially those of the motor Hall connector.
Brushed motor:
(1) Causes: ① Brush fault, ② Phase adapter fault
(2) Troubleshooting: ① Replace the brush. ② Replace the motor.
